Content not displaying after Signing
Incident Report for Nitro Cloud Platform
Between approximately 14:00 UTC Thursday 8th Feb and 15:00 UTC Tuesday 13th Feb, we had an issue processing a subset of Signing requests that caused some content to no longer be visible in Nitro Cloud.

This issue was isolated PDF documents with Form elements that were processed by 30% of our engines. The content of these form elements was not visible in Nitro Cloud but still in the PDF and visible if downloaded.
